About the event
Through doodling, movement and mindfulness students will learn to regulate emotions and decrease pressure. Sessions foster safety, connection and self-acceptance. Learn about the responses of your nervous system and explore creative outlets to deepen understanding of self & others.
6 week bi-weekly closed group starting Tuesday October 8 to Tuesday December 17 4:00 to 6:00 pm
