You have seen more and more information about Perimenopause, the transition, and all the changes that can happen.
Now, join with others who need more specific information, learn ways to manage, and find your new village!
Chellie comes to RST with lived experience and specific training in working with women, especially neurodivergent women, and how perimenopause messes with us! She is a therapist with Everlasting Wellness and is passionate about supporting women like you with therapy and education.
This support group is meant to provide education and a welcoming space to bring your whole self!
Every second Tuesday of the month from 6:30 to 7:30 pm
