New Mom Support Group

Being a mom is hard and you don't have to do it alone!

Join us weekly as we share the hard parts, the happy parts and everything in between!

This group supports new and new again moms (moms with 2+ kids) each Thursday from 6-7 pm at Rising Sun Therapy in Harleysville.

Group is free and always accepting new moms!

Babies under 12 mos are welcome to join.

We have guest speakers throughout the year focusing on mom self care and baby education such as Music therapy, sleep training, pelvic floor PT.
