About the event
A women focused support group for caregivers, offering a compassionate space to share experiences, reduce overwhelm, and build practical coping skills while caring for loved ones. This group helps caregivers feel seen, supported and equipped with tools to navigate the emotional and mental load of family caregiving.
Each month will have a topic for education, time for sharing, and learning strategies to care for yourself.
First Thursday of each month starting September 3 from 6 to 7 pm
