Beginner Yoga

Join Karen and learn the basics of yoga in this beginner's yoga class.  No experience necessary.  Karen will guide you with compassion and patience as you progressively move through each class.   This is a 5 class series and a committment to all 5 classes is most beneficial.  The class is limited to 6 participants.  The cost is $75 for the series.  Please arrive a few minutes early to set up with your yoga mat, water, and any bolsters or pillows/blankets to make yourself comfortable.
