About the event
A creative self-care workshop for women to pause, reconnect, and nurture themselves through the healing power of art.
Together we will explore simple, expressive art activities that encourage relaxation, spark joy, and deepen connections with ourselves and with one another.
No art experience is needed-just a desire to play and reflect in a supportive space.
