Within the field of Psychology, Dr. Anna M. Bacher works as a psychotherapist, counseling individuals, couples, and families moving through difficult issues, toward a new freedom, and a new level of vitality, enjoyment and passion in life. Her focus is on helping people overcome roadblocks that inhibit them from being their best selves, and achieving their greatest dreams and goals in life.
Our feelings of emotional pain, frustration, worry, stress and/or fear point to incredibly important parts of ourselves. They are indicators telling us that something is 'wrong here' and 'I no longer want to keep feeling this way, or experiencing life in this way.'
The good news is that there is hope – hope for healing and recovery; hope for a new beginning, and a new kind of life, where dreams do become realities and suffering can be significantly diminished, and even eradicated. It is our choice whether we are willing to listen to our pain and "dis-ease" through the support and guidance of psychotherapy. It is here that we will gain new tools, a new understanding of ourselves, a new beginning, and a new life.
Dr. Anna M. Bacher offers a seasonal practice from Oct 1st through April 30th. Referrals are provided as needed.
